“Our Messer EdgeMax HD with a 260 Hypertherm power unit has been a terrific machine for us.  It has allowed us much more precision and quicker production on our heavier gauge steel products. Before we had the Messer system, we were limited to the complexity of the parts we were able to produce. Now we have simplified many of our existing products and been able to produce new products that we never could before. We used to cut 5/16″ and 3/8″ steel parts on our laser and now, because of the cut quality of the Messer machine, we have put it all on our EdgeMax. The EdgeMax can cut the same 3/8″ sheet that we had on our laser in 1/8 of the time. The True-Hole technology is another outstanding feature.  It has allowed us to cut virtually all of our holes in heavier gauge steel instead of drilling or punching them. The few times we have any issues, Messer’s support has been able to get us a quick response and resolve any issues we have had. Messer would be the first place I would look if we were to get another HD plasma cutting system”.
