Single Position Triple Torch Oxyfuel Bevel Unit for straight line bevels with
manual ignition and gas adjustment. Bevels can be cut in the X axis only.
Cutting a “V”, “Y”, or “K” cross section in one pass, the manually adjusted
Triple Torch Oxyfuel Unit is designed to make a bevel cut in the longitudinal
(X) axis. Height sensing is achieved by an electromechanical device that rides
on the plate.

Key Features:
- Provides plate squaring and weld preparation edges.
- Bevel angles up to 45.°
- Torches may be adjusted from .375” (9.5 mm) to several inches apart using re-trackable dove-tail horizontal slides providing for a wide range of bevel angles that can be cut on a variety of material thicknesses.
- Height control is locked out when the electro-mechanical devise runs off the plate, maintaining proper height through the end of the cut.
- Often used in combination with a Three Position Oxyfuel Bevel Unit to accurately establish plate width.
