Dual Hi-Lo - Messer Cutting Systems

The Dual Hi-Lo Manual Gas Control System provides experienced operators economical gas control for all parts of the oxyfuel cutting process.

The Dual Hi-Lo Manual Gas Control System controls high and low preheat fuel, cutting oxygen pressure high and low preheat oxygen pressure, and the speed of the pierce rate.

Available on PlateMaster II, Titan II, MPC2000, MPC2000 MC, TMC4500 DB, and SicoMat^®.
Regulates the pre-heat flame, piercing oxygen, and cutting oxygen during oxyfuel cutting with Messer Turbo Flame™ torches.
Controls pierce.
Adjustable for various material thicknesses.
