Machine uptime is something we take seriously, which is why, in addition to onsite field services, we also have in-house repair and evaluation abilities to serve you on certain critical machine components (lifters, CPU’s, operation panels, and more). In many cases, we can provide an operation panel or CPU rental unit to keep you up and running while our factory-trained and experienced in-house repair department returns your gear to proper working order with original OEM spare parts and work that we’ll stand by for 90 days.

Important Messer Repair Department Considerations
Please note that all Repairs and Evaluations are subject to a minimum evaluation fee of $175
Expedited repair (subject to parts availability) is often available for an additional charge of $250. All standard rental terms and conditions apply.
When we receive your faulty product, we will perform a full evaluation and provide you with an estimated cost of the repair and time frame to complete. Repairs and evaluations are handled First-In-First-Out. Expedited requests are available depending on current workload for a fee of $250.00.
