Featured at the show, MetalMaster Evolution will change the way you look at plasma part cutting. Featured on this machine is a compact plasma bevel rotator, the Bevel-R^TM, powered by the NEW XPR460 plasma system. This high speed plasma beveller can cut up to +/- 45 degrees.

The Slagger^® self-cleaning unitized table comes standard on the Evolution, forming a solid foundation for this table, with cutting tables sizes up to 10′ wide to length up to 55′,  There’s no need to clean the table or remove slats as the pusher blade does all the work, typically in minutes. Additional options include plasma beveling, oxyfuel cutting, drilling up to 3/8″ diameter and marking. 

This machine is equipped with the latest in OmniWin software technology, basically covering it all from preparing the order, to posting calculations, to designing and nesting parts, and with the smoothest edge quality, precise hole cutting, and highest accuracy.  

Also in our booth, Application Engineers will be running two cutting machines and demonstrating the latest in plasma bevel cutting and techniques. Sales and service staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
